Strategy
Working closely with our clients, we define the framework for a moving brand, from the relationship between different brand and identity elements (brand architecture) to the story at the heart of the brand (brand narrative) and the way the brand should interact with the wider world (brand behaviour). Then we plan how to bring that architecture, narrative and behaviour to life in the most compelling and effective ways.

Our approach to brand strategy is driven by two fundamentals – our client’s business needs and their customers’ needs. We carry out comprehensive competitor analysis; research key trends; and define customer requirements and patterns of behaviour. These insights enable us to plan a customer’s entire journey with the brand.

Identity
Fixed identities are dead. Our approach creates living identity systems and assets that are as dynamic and relevant as the business, service or product they represent. We work as a multi-disciplinary studio, with writers, graphic designers, directors, animators, sound designers, illustrators and programmers collaborating from day one.

Our living identity systems balance fixed principles (core elements) and evolving assets (contextual elements), so the identity remains clearly recognizable while responding to time, place and activity. Our systems are also multi-sensorial, which means they are able to create inspiring, relevant and memorable connections with every one of our senses – not just sight.
