The Role

The objective of the global consulting team is to drive development of trusted long-term client relationships globally. The consulting team works in close collaboration with Creative and Programme Management Leads to build opportunities beyond the immediate deliverables, nurturing continuous conversations with senior clients across the Moving Brands’ offering. The consulting team may take responsibility for the quality and depth of the client relationship but does not own the management of the commercial agreements of the engagements or the actual delivery management.

Typically the context and/or topics that the consulting team engages the clients with include user/customer experience/digital transformation, business and product proposition development, digital strategy, management and governance, product and portfolio architecture, strategic product and service planning, strategic digital communications planning, product design,  product launch and engagement.

Senior Consultant is an experienced professional with significant experience (10+ years) and track record of developing experience design strategies and driving successful long-term relationships with international clients. Senior Consultant is comfortable with planning and navigating large programmes of work (multi-million in value, a number of parallel workstreams) with complex stakeholder groups and delicate political dynamics. Senior consultant has a passion for guiding the clients through to success and is happy to lead the client either ‘in the frontline’ or from the background.

Senior Consultant has developed subject matter knowledge in user experience, digital strategy, digital product development and design or digital transformation during her/his career to date, as well as a strong empathy to the client side priorities born out of experience either working on the client side, or supporting clients through implementation of large programmes.



  • Build and grow trusted long term client relationships globally (act as a Client Partner)
  • Drive effective dialog with senior clients to identify opportunities across the Moving Brands’ offer (develop understanding of clients’ business environment, strategy, organization and governance)
  • Drive new business through consultative sales (build ecosystem, identify opportunities, drive engagement strategy, develop pitch and thought leadership content)
  • Develop content (user experience strategy, value proposition, product proposition, digital product design, digital transformation, product roadmap) within client engagements and for new business
  • Own engagement strategy and drive engagement planning to broaden and deepen client relationships from the initial agreed scope of work
  • Coach junior team members and contribute to team development
  • Contribute to the planning, scoping and implementation of the MB growth strategy


What we look for

  • Expertise in practices and methods of engaging people in the creative, design and/or transformation journey
  • Strong understanding of digital and experience design processes
  • Expertise in user experience, product management, product design, integration of digital technologies, and digital transformation
  • Master foundational consulting skills (including workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, stakeholder interviews)
  • Strategic planning skills, structured thinking
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics of people/expertise intensive services sales and delivery
  • Results-orientation, determination, tenacity and bias for action
  • Strong relationship building/management skills, and first class communication skills, both spoken and presentation
  • Ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives at any given time
  • Teamwork and collaboration-oriented 
  • Solid International business experience
  • A university degree is mandatory. A project/programme management qualification or experience an advantage.
