When the iO app launched in 2013, it became the number one free download in the Swiss app store – overnight. The app also found a global audience, with usage in 195 countries within four months of launch. After developing the brand, UX and UI and launch comms, Moving Brands was asked to create films that would further encourage the uptake and usage of the app. With our team of multidisciplinary experts, Moving Brands was able to work with iO as an end-to-end creative partner, leading the project from concept, through script and storyboard, to filming and post production.
The result is the ‘Simple Wins’ campaign films, showing everyday people striving to make their life simpler or work better. Each film focuses on a key feature of the app; Roaming, Free Chat, Security and Free Call, and echoes iO’s brand values of smartness, simplicity and humour.
