‘We want to work with founders, leaders and organisations who share our belief in the power of creativity and innovation and who are working to have a positive impact in the world. We call this our Purposeful Portfolio. Once we find each other, we commit 100%.’

Our work is part of your life

We’ve helped launch some of the world’s most successful products, created category-defining brands and inspired people to change their behaviours. We have been part of the growth stories of iconic global businesses and are trusted by their VCs and investors. Our partners include 7 of the 10 most valuable companies in the world.

In our startup days, we looked for two things in clients: brands we thought were cool and companies that made things we personally liked. Admittedly, this wasn’t hugely thought-through but it turns out to have been a good strategy ensuring we were always aligned with our clients on values and ambition.

Over the 23 years that we have been in business, the world has changed and our understanding of the world’s challenges and opportunities has become clearer, as a result, we have changed our posture to become one of our industries’ most principled players.

Today, we are directing all of our capabilities and experience – honed at the bleeding edge of design, business and technology – to helping purpose-led organisations solve their challenges. These organisations share our drive to have a positive impact on the world. We call this our ‘Purposeful Portfolio’ of clients.

We take great care to assess all opportunities. We have defined qualification criteria and designed a scorecard that builds on established frameworks for sustainability.

Our criteria are:

Innovation – you are open to new ways of thinking, doing and making

Creativity – you embrace the value that creativity brings to business and the people you serve

Value – you create true value that improves peoples' lives.

Collaboration – you want a partner you can spar with at eye-level in a highly collaborative team

Humanity – you are committed to inclusion, equality and fighting discrimination

Environment –  you have a stated environmental position and a plan for contributing to the reversal of the climate catastrophe

We do not work with organisations in industries that create victims e.g. arms, tobacco, intensive farming, unhealthy and toxic products, and wasteful manufacturing
